According to the leader of the Management Board of Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, the North Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area has 42 projects, with a total registered capital of 25,198 billion VND, of which the total investment capital has been mobilized about 14,500 billions dong. Up to now, there are 2 projects that have been completed and put into operation: Vinpearl Long Beach villas and Duyen Ha luxury resort. In particular, the Vinpearl Long Beach villas project was deployed later but was completed and put into operation from April 2017. The total value of the volume implemented is about 1,000 billion VND. The investor has been informed by the Department of Construction to be eligible to put into business 200 villas with about 600 rooms and has signed a contract to buy and sell 105/200 villas. Currently, the project has been operating with an average occupancy of about 65%. The Duyen Ha luxury resort project has a total construction value of about 1,600 billion VND.
In addition, there are 2 projects put into operation in phase 1 and under construction in phase 2, including: Riviera Residences & Resort and Fusion Maia Nha Trang Resort; 4 projects have been put into operation in phase 1 and have not yet been built in phase 2, including: The Anam, Bien Dong resort and resort, Nha Trang Golden Peak Resort and Hotel, and Golden Peak – Cam Ranh Tourist Area. 25 projects are under construction, 8 projects are doing compensation and site clearance work… Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Loan said that in this resort, there are resorts with revenue up to 6-7 billion. VND/month. The rooms are almost fully booked a long time in advance.
