KHANH HOA’S CONFERENCE HALL & GUESTHOUSE

The Provincial Guest House and Conference Center under the Office of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee was established under the Decision No. 34/QD-UB dated January 9, 2001 of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee on the establishment of the Cultural Center and Guest House. province at address 46 Tran Phu, Loc Tho ward, Nha Trang city (on the basis of merging the Provincial People’s Committee Guest House 25 Phan Chu Trinh into the Cultural Center and Guest House). On August 19, 2011, Khanh Hoa Cultural Center and Guest House was renamed Khanh Hoa Provincial Guest House and Convention Center according to Decision No. 2234/QD-UB of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee.

 

The Provincial Guest House and Convention Center (abbreviated as Center) is a non-business unit that has revenue, has its own seal and account, and performs financial management in accordance with Circular No. 108/2000/TT-BTC dated 27 October 2000 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the financial management regime for State guest houses, mass organizations at central and local levels and current regulations of the State.

 

Functions and tasks of the Center are to organize and serve political activities of the province (Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee) such as conferences, meetings, seminars, knowledge dissemination, membership meetings, etc. scientific and technical achievements…; organizing cultural and art activities with various forms of activities such as exhibitions, information, theatres, cultural services and other services, promoting traditional cultural heritages according to policies and guidelines. books of the Party and State; business organization of general cultural and art activities (music performances, fashion shows, displays and exhibitions); assisting the Office of the Provincial Committee to welcome the delegations at the request of the Standing Provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council and the People’s Committee; manage, use and promote capacity to well perform political tasks, strengthen domestic and foreign affairs; make use of existing material – technical facilities and labor to organize revenue-generating service activities that are effective and in accordance with the law. With such functions and tasks in the process of construction, development, and maturity associated with the development process of Khanh Hoa provincial government, under the care of construction and direct direction of the Provincial People’s Committee and the Office of the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province. Provincial People’s Committee, the Center’s staff has rapidly developed and matured; Service quality is constantly improving. The Center has mastered the functions and tasks, actively organized and effectively implemented conferences, successfully welcomed domestic and international delegations.
